What We Built Together, With Hope

Beyond Targets Events began as a simple idea. It started with two people, a sport they loved, and a quiet need to give back.

Those two people are Sidney and Jing.

​

They are co-owners of a business and life partners, co-architects of hope, and building their work and their lives with the same commitment to service, resilience, and responsibility.

​

Together, they started SidNetworks, a local IT company. It began small, rooted in service, trust, and relationships that mattered. As the company grew, they came to understand something that could not be ignored. Success was not something to hold onto. It only mattered if it was put to use. Giving back was never a gesture. It became a responsibility. From that understanding, Beyond Targets Events was born.

For Jing, this mission is deeply personal. Years ago, she walked through her own season of crisis, uncertainty, and rebuilding. She knows what it means to survive when the ground disappears beneath your feet. She also knows what it means to be lifted by compassion, safety, and hope at exactly the right moment.

​

​What started as a benefit shoot became something more. A way to turn participation into purpose, competition into connection, and generosity into tangible change. Every target shattered became a chance for someone to rebuild. Every shell reloaded - that was hope. Each one represented a step forward for a life being rebuilt.

​

In 2025, together with our sponsors, shooters, volunteers, and community partners, we raised $26,253 in net proceeds for the East Texas Crisis Center. This isn't just a number. 

​

It's 26 months of groceries for a family of 4.
It's a full year of rent for a survivor and her children.
It's nearly 19 months of childcare for 2 children, giving a single mother the chance to work, breathe, and rebuild.

To our volunteers who showed up early and stayed late, thank you for carrying the weight so others did not have to.

To our sponsors, your trust and generosity fueled real change.

To our shooters, every shell reloaded was hope in motion.

And to every Hope Sponsor, your name became someone’s HOPE.

It is not a slogan. It is a process. One that continues long after the last shot is fired.
